Who I Work With

I work with clients that tend to do their best to hide the weight they carry, whether out of necessity or because it’s all they’ve known.
Frequently, their body is telling them something is wrong, in the form of anxiety they don’t understand, burnout they feel guilty or confused about, or a body that refuses to step out of survival mode.

My Focus

  • Complex trauma history, such as adverse childhood experiences and abuse, domestic violence and/or abuse.

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder

  • Burnout and secondary trauma resulting from occupational environments (i.e., military, veterans, first responders, medical personnel, and other people in helping professions).

  • High-functioning performers who consistently over-perform and can’t seem to slow down even though they have been running on empty for a long time.

  • Neurodivergence (primarily ADHD, OCD) and the anxiety and executive dysfunction that tags along.

  • Veterans who are trying to be compensated and access proper resources based on their disabilities.
