How We Work Together

Consultation

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations for prospective individual therapy clients, and 30 minute telehealth consultations for clients interested in seeking intensive trauma therapy and/or Ketamine Assisted therapy (KAP). These consultations cost $30 if paying out of pocket or can be billed through insurance if eligible). I also offer 45-60 minute telehealth consultations for VA claim/appeal assessments (click here for specific details).

Individual Therapy

Available remotely for clients in NC, NJ and TX. I offer private pay and accept insurance plans that vary by state (see below to see if I accept your insurance). Co-pays differ based on each individual client’s insurance plan. I do accept employment health plans (EHPs).

My rates for private pay are $160 for intake assessment, and $150 per session. I do offer a sliding scale based on income (see below).

Formats

Depending on the reason you decided to seek therapy, your reported symptoms, and your history, there are different approaches we can take. If you decide to schedule a consultation, please mention which format you are interested in. Due to the nature of intensive trauma therapy and Ketamine Assisted therapy (KAP) a more extensive consultation is required so you understand each service and have the chance to ask more in depth questions.

• Weekly or bi-monthly one hour sessions (most common).

• Intensive trauma therapy (if warranted), where we meet twice or three times per week and one session is spent solely on trauma work.

• Ketamine Assisted therapy, which can be a good fit for treatment-resistant depression, trauma, and anxiety. This can be used as an addition to another modality, or on its own. It is facilitated by Journey Clinical, and finances depend on each individual client’s situation.

A note on TriWest as of September of 2026: Although I am credentialed, issues with claim processing and referrals has forced me to put TriWest client inquiries on hold. I am actively working on resolving the issue, and will update this page accordingly once it has been resolved.
